How it works

Three phases. One clear journey.

From initial site assessment through to final handover, our process is designed for clarity and collaboration. You’ll know exactly what to expect at every stage.

Phase 01

Site Visit & Discovery

We measure the space, evaluate soil conditions and sun exposure, and discuss your vision. This initial meeting helps us understand the site's constraints and opportunities, as well as what success looks like for you. During this consultation, we clarify exactly what needs to be done to achieve your goals, defining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and baseline cost.

Complimentary quotes and initial design brief consultation.

Phase 02

Design & Planning

We develop 2D concept and construction drawings, 3D visualisations and planting schedules tailored to your brief. Through collaborative review sessions, we refine materials, lighting and layout until everything feels right.

Design fees vary depending on the size and level of detail of the project

Phase 03

Build & Execution

Once the design is approved, you'll receive a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden costs. Our design team and project manager will schedule the work, order materials, and oversee every stage of the project to ensure nothing is missed and everything is delivered to the highest standard—keeping you clearly informed throughout.

Project timeframes vary for each design and build project, allowing us to give your outdoor space the care and attention it deserves.

Investment factors

What influences project cost

Every garden is priced individually based on site conditions, material choices and design complexity. Here are the key factors we consider when preparing your proposal.

Site Access & Preparation

Narrow side passages, restricted vehicle access or significant level changes require additional planning and equipment.

Materials & Finishes

Natural stone, bespoke joinery and premium planting stock command higher investment than standard alternatives.

Design Complexity

Water features, integrated lighting systems and multi-level terracing add layers of technical coordination.

Project Timeline

Seasonal planting windows, planning permissions and coordination with other trades can influence scheduling and costs.
